When Shaun Edmonstone and Nicole Paara took over Bruce Wine Bar in March 2020, they faced one of the toughest challenges a business can encounter: the start of a global pandemic. Like many entrepreneurs, they needed guidance, support, and a plan to pivot their business for uncertain times.

With the help of BizLink, they transformed the 40-seat restaurant into a thriving take-out and Bodega shop, offering prepared meals, pastries, locally sourced wines, and craft beers, while keeping the restaurant’s philosophy of globally inspired, quality food alive.
