Having an idea is one thing but seeing it come to life is another. The Centre for Business & Economic Development is just that; a place where your dream of being a small business owner can be made a reality. Loan Officer, Michelle was simply AMAZING - professional yet friendly. She was resourceful and made sure I understood every step of the loan process, writing a business plan and how to make realistic projection, expectations. My experience was phenomenal and I would recommend their services to anyone. To the Board I thank you for seeing my vision and approving my loan and to Michelle, thank you for going beyond just being a Loan Officer by being that extra support, an ear, never complaining about the hundreds of emails and phones calls and with each interaction a smile, laugh or just plain reassurance.
