Learn how to use the business model canvas as a strategic tool to help you visualize and organize your business one one page.

This 3-hour interactive workshop is an opportunity to take a look at your business holistically. In it you will learn how the Business Model Canvas works and will use it to visualize, plan, and evolve how the different aspects of your business fit together. Through a series of collaborative activities with the canvas you will develop more nuanced understanding of how your business model currently works and how it could be improved.

This workshop is ideal for entrepreneurs who are in the process of developing or pivoting their business model. You will get the most out of this workshop if you have a sense of who your target customers are. The canvas is industry agnostic and works just as well for service-based businesses as those that sell products.
