Community Futures South Georgian Bay (CFSGB) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the growth, retention and expansion of local business. Reporting to the General Manager, and as an active participant of the CFSGB team, the BUSINESS ADVISOR, will play a critical role in building strong relationships with the business community and supporting client success. The Business Advisor often acts as the first point of contact for our clients delivering excellent customer service, navigating programs and resources, and providing business advice. They will assist clients with understanding the programs and financing services offered by CFSGB, and help with loan submissions including reviewing business plans and cash flow projections, and loan administration/client follow-up. They will also assist with delivering key projects including the Business Transition/Succession Matching Program (BizLink), the PowerUp/T3 Coaching Programs, and other CFSGB programs, with a focus on small business engagement, education and project management.
